I didn't have a roster minimum but we cant have guys maxing out after getting 10 players. So the roster max is 26, but each team must have at least 20 players on their team. So do the math. You have $200 to spend on a minimum of 20 players. Honestly I would suggest having a full roster with the position limitations in this league.
Now you can draft minor league players that are close to the show but I would not rely on that.
